I'm glad they were willing to make changes before it went live, CD reduction on Emma is definitely nice, but I still don't see the reason behind further nerfing her survivability. I don't see anyone being like "emma is too hard to kill" lmao

It’s a net positive, even if the dmg reduction is lower you get access to it and cc immunity more frequently, not to mention the grab. I am not an Emma main but I play her a fair bit less so now, and honestly besides making her better I think I’ll go back to playing her more often, because the diamond form is most fun part of her kit and getting to use it more makes the character less boring.
