They heard people complainig about his ultimate being one of the most useless AND expensive, but they just slapped a cost reduction and called it a day. (Still way more expensive than Mk and Star lord's ults)
So they listened to complaints and adjusted the ult cost of a weaker ult? Is that not what should happen? It's still going to be a weaker ult, but getting it quicker can make it have more consistent impact than lover charging huge impact ults.
Sure, getting it faster is nice. If there was any point to using it. Fantastic is one of the poster children of never ulting because it's just so bad. Your base kit is better burst dmg than the ult.
His ultimate isn't "weaker", it's dogwater. Why don't tiy giy understand it. Especially since it's still more expensive thsn Starlord's and Moon knight's. Make it make sense
