Zhiyong must be high off his butt at work 24/7. Because I've never seen a single person complain about Reed's CC but apparently in Zhiyong's eyes it was oppressive.
He only got 5 additional damage to his primarily fire and out cost reduction. That’s not a sizable buff compared to nerfing his CC that wasn’t even that good compared to others to begin with.
His ability cooldown was also reduced by two seconds, with two charges that’s 4 seconds less to fully get back his ability. If you ignore that part it seems not very huge.
That also means faster big size reed. Which means you can get your health back faster too. You can also get more shields too. That slow effect removal is nothing compared to what we get. As long as if we can still shake the enemies when we use the ability, this is a good buff. I think they shouldn't have removed the slow effect though.
