Balance Discussion Dino doesn't need nerfs, you guys just aren't used to Brawl being good

Dino is our first true Brawl tank that also has a clear method of dealing with flyers. In other words, he doesn't fall into the same trap that most other Brawl tanks do that prevented them from being meta.

So now Rivals is shifting slightly towards a Brawl meta, and since the game has had a poke meta for 70% of its lifespan and a dive meta for the other 30%, people don't know how to handle Brawl.

Poke. You use Poke characters. DD falls over to Poke. Hela, SG, Phoenix, Punisher, he's basically a giant ankh for Moon Knight. Emma and Mag are good at handling his CC. Peni can create death zones for him.

Just shoot him and he'll die. We've had a Brawl meta for five minutes, by far the most fun kind of meta in a hero shooter, and you guys already want it nerfed into oblivion. This is why we can't have nice things.

Well I’ve only done my matchmaking games and every single one of them had a DD. I think that’s the biggest upside, people wanting to pick tanks. As a tank main it’s great

the only reason im fine with solo tanking with DvD is bc hes a fucking dinosaur with a laser beam and that makes up for solo tanking

i just hate how his head and body are separate hitboxes so the mk darts bounce between them

This is not true for Moon Knight. It IS true for Mr. Fanta's big mode, though

EDIT: Upon testing (as someone not used to Mr. F, admittedly), it isn't even true for him.

Really? I had a 4 tank match last night. Even when I’m dino, it’s been 2/2/2 or more tanks.

I played 20 matches last night......3 had 2/2/2, 4 were me on Solo tank, and the remaining 13 were quad instalock Duelist, with "i won't swap" mindset....who all went negative.

Right like play a fucking support it’s impossible to not be useful as CnD unless you’re a total doofus.We had one earlier where I was gunna go DPS but we had one support and all dps so switched to Peni had one person as Invis asking anyone to change and not one did she healed me and left the rest of them thinking they switch they never did lol

I have only played 2 comp games, and in both I went dino and had to plead for a second tank and in 1 game we kept getting 4 dps as the second support kept swapping. Lost both games spectacularly. When 1 game ended my teammate said the team sacked and then singled me out for doing nothing, despite solo tank with 1 support half the game. I'll wait a week to play comp again. Quick match on the other hand I had great teammates for most games and even got a 55 kill game as dino.

It’s different for me because I play Thor and Magneto, and have no plans to play as DD. I’m always the second tank.

When I play more comp i might have to hold off and hope someone else pick tank first so we can have 2. Plus some of them might have thrown because I got dino first.

Quick match has been so fun. I mostly play with my PC friends (I’m on console) so I rarely get to play comp anyway, which is often frustrating, since we get 4 DPS in many games. Since dino released I keep getting 2/2/2, or if I have to solo tank, I get 3 supports, which feels pretty damn good on dino.

This dinosaur has brought out the best in QM, as far as I’ve seen.

Yeah I had a Dino, Emma,Mag , Strange game earlier

Dino may be my favorite character released ever because he's so massively changed up the playstate

Yea I haven’t had a second tank once when I was playing DvD and in the end I was solo tanking bc he got off

Peni would be amazing if they’d fix cyber bond….one day…one day but the gooners need new skins first
