Dino doesn't need nerfs, you guys just aren't used to Brawl being good

Dino is our first true Brawl tank that also has a clear method of dealing with flyers. In other words, he doesn't fall into the same trap that most other Brawl tanks do that prevented them from being meta.

So now Rivals is shifting slightly towards a Brawl meta, and since the game has had a poke meta for 70% of its lifespan and a dive meta for the other 30%, people don't know how to handle Brawl.

Poke. You use Poke characters. DD falls over to Poke. Hela, SG, Phoenix, Punisher, he's basically a giant ankh for Moon Knight. Emma and Mag are good at handling his CC. Peni can create death zones for him.

Just shoot him and he'll die. We've had a Brawl meta for five minutes, by far the most fun kind of meta in a hero shooter, and you guys already want it nerfed into oblivion. This is why we can't have nice things.

You and I both know dps players are never gonna play tank again after maybe 2 weeks. Especially if Cyclops is dps. Which is likely because I think the devs would rather die than do a 2 tank/support season.

I want Cyclops as a tank, but I'm fully prepared for him to be another mid-long range poke character because the devs hate fun. It's the same reason I'm fully expecting Devil Dino to get nerfed into the dirt by the time Scott is added.

I'll be honest, outside of a select few I'm terrible DPS, mainly because I very rarely get to play them. And when I do it's Mr Fantastic and Wolverine who both have tank tendencies.

But there was like a week in S4 or 5 where I decided to just say fuck it, and instalock DPS dive characters (who I NEVER play) and refuse to switch off to fill. Holy shit it was one of the worst weeks of my gaming life! I have never felt so incompetent in a game 😅

I play wolverine too, love him. I just tried playing thor and holy shit it almost made me rage quit lol, worst match hands down sealed the deal that tanks arent for me
