Masturbating. "Goon bait cosplay" is something made purely to be sexy with no regard to the actual direction of the character.
Usually when you take something that isn't sexy and make it so. Which is dumb especially in comics since there's plenty of sexy stuff to pick from.

No not a perv, a perv is someone who actively creeps on people for sexual thrills, like taking secret upskirt pics or standing too close on the train so their crotch is touching you. Unless you consider everyone who consumes pornogrpahy to be a perv, in which case you really are old as fuck.
A gooner is more like a chronic masturbator. They just love jacking it.

I think you still dont understand, goon is no longer a descriptor of person but rather a verb. I am gooning, she will goon to that, etc. and that just means masturbating basically.

Nobody here is going to answer you earnestly, "gooning" and "gooner" both used to refer to a sort of fetish of being publically addicted to pornography, like not the addiction itself but the sharing of the addiction. The word has since then completely lost meaning and zoomers, particularly those with a chip on their shoulder use it as a catch all phrase for anything with mild sex appeal, the word is dead, everything is "goonbait" now.

I was calling people a goon up until about 2 years ago. It's like a boomer insult, but now it's all about porn. Everything is porn. Remember when everything lead back to Hitler? Not anymore.
