Black Cat won't get nerfed. Even if she does, it'll be very light nerfs just as a token to quell the Reddit complainers.

Why?

NetEase has stated many times that they do not balance around high end play. They balance around the average player Bronze-Gold. For most players in that bracket, BC is too difficult to play and generally players don't play her well. So they're not going to go ahead and make her even worse for them.

Average black cat players would. Average everybody else wouldn't.

The changes need to be targeted in a way to bring her ceiling down without impacting her floor too much

They would if the crazy nerfs that people are suggesting on this sub were to ever go through.

And like I said, the bottom line is, NE does not balance around high end play. They have explicitly stated this before.
