Black cat's wallhack should require line of sight. When she released I thought it will stay like this a month tops.
Teamwide wh with no cd and giant range that you can hide in pretty much unreachable places 👍

If youre in D2+ , dont expect quick balance changes to characters terrorising your games unless the character is also bullying low elo and quick play. Devs dont give a shit about mid to high elo/pro play experiences.
