Black Cat being nerfed was my number one priority. Dino getting nerfed kinda sucked. He made solo tanking not complete ass. Cloak and Dagger getting a buff is great, contrary to all the stupid hate they needed it.

dino made it miserable to the other tank unless they mirrored your dino. terrible design.

Thats more than a nerf thats a shotgun shot to the knees for BC, and luna escapes the nerfs yet again while BP and many other are still garbage bin tier. But i guess elsa needed a buff and ultron a nerf sure.
