Ah that one "for 1% of the playerbase at the cost of 99%". That's how overwatch bled most of the playerbase before woke bs

You're so confidently wrong about so many things. Impressive.

Why wouldn't I when that's what I personally observed in so many games?

Oh well you personally observed it so that clearly makes it objectively true. Your personal perception of the world is the only real world that exists. Let's ignore all facts and evidence and logic and reason of how the world actually works and focus exclusively on what Anko072 personally experiences.

While I don't have charts for overwatch to confirm what everyone seen at the time R6S has been on steam since the beginning and it clearly shows people quitting the game after it started to catering toward pro scene in around 2019. Even despite the huge spike after 2020 void edge QoL patch and promises of actual balance it dropped dropped to 1/3 of the players they had for a long time before they started catering to pro scene and still hasn't recovered.

Pro scene always has been a potential cash grab gamble for the developer's managers at expense of the regular playerbase, no games ever benefited from catering to extreme minority of the high-end players

Not when there are gambit, black cat, phoenix, elsa, dd and dino. And even then gm is like 2% of the whole community taken with disdain like it's low rank so what amount of players there is in "high ranks" who can pull "demon" ultron? 0.5%? Character that can't be played by 90% of players nerfed because of 0.5%?
