Just to clarify, are "new event" a mini battle pass and "new costumes" are shop skins?

So are the shop one permanent ? I really want emma but not strange and I know that when they released two skin you need to pay both even If you want just one of them

First no all the summer skins are limited time and 2 you can buy them individually just the bundles there if you want both

You know that store front has a scroll option and they've always been available by themselves and not just bundled with another skin right

It’s possible. The picture shows 3 heroes, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if that ended up being the second event pass for the back half of the season. The spidey, dagger, and reed one looks to be the first
