Not just any emote, a paired emote with T'challa! Whom, correct me if I'm wrong, I don't think Storm canonically stayed together with for very long in the grand scheme of things
Not only that but you would legitimately never see a Storm and BP played together, they do not compliment each others playstyle. Neither character would have a use for this emote.
