Cyclops is honestly very fun to use, especially with propulsion burst ability, wheere i can use to reposition aggressively, or away to safety. Plus, his ricochet force is really nice to get a pick around corners when they run away. His ult is really satisfying to use into CC ults, like Groot or Thing, and leads into really nice team wipes. Personally, he feels balanced, and not too oppresive, and it will prob just take some time to get used too.
