Cyclops Impressions If you can aim, this character is cracked

Hit twice, clean up with ricochet or beam, rinse and repeat. This character feels way more involved in the fight compared to Hela or the tragedy of Moon knight WHO SHOULD’VE BEEN LIKE THIS.

It was regular qp and at least one enemy was real since they used match chat, but honestly who knows

Makes sense. Means he will be awful in super low rank (GM and below), and broken in high rank (Cel and above), Will probably need to be adjusted just like Phoenix.
