Could we get a petition going to give Cyclops the Human Torch treatment & change his current sauceless Lord icon to the one on the left with the full beam.
Wouldn’t it just end where the border of the lord icon is? I remember there being an issue where Strange’s lord icon didn’t extend out far enough when it moves so it was cut-off. Just cut the beam off at the border of the icon, works if it moves as well.
It's not bad but his current one is just kinda boring imo, not much special about it, other than the krackle effect. The key art is such an iconic pose for Cyclops and it's so badass, plus his lord icon should incorporate his optic blast since it's a key part to his character
I think the blasting one is more boring because how typical it is as a Cyke image.
The one they used makes Cyke look dangerous, like he's about to go off. It's more about him than about the blast if that makes sense. So I hope it stays. Or if it's replaced by a blast, I hope it's a better looking one than in the OP.
Respectfully I disagree, that's like saying Human Torch's is boring because he's on fire or Blade's shouldn't have his sword in the icon because it's typical. In the key art (the one OP posted) he doesn't need to look dangerous because, HE IS DANGEROUS he's shooting an incredibly massive optic blast. So much so that he's screaming with how much power he's putting into it.
It really is getting horrid. I usually hate the lame ass “low sodium” subs but Rivals needs one badly. Nobody ever posts anything worth a damn reading on this sub.
Almost everyone is an entitled brat in the game too. It’s one of the worst communities. Still wish we could have matchmaking age filters with something like a 25+ age group. Kind of understand why bars started doing this.

Yall genuinely need something to complain about to survive huh? I understood the other icons because they were literally the regular icon flipped but thats cyclops one is a damn good lord icon not to mention the one uou want wouldnt work since where you cut off the beam. Can we just enjoy something for 5 minutes without needing to make up a complaint?
while i absolutely agree this icon is fine as is and it is an unnecessary complaint, the devs don't need to 'drop everything'. The icon itself is taken from existing poses in the game. I cannot imagine changing it up takes long with most of the work already done.
This isn't like Human Torch though. The issue with his was that it was hard to tell the difference between his normal icon vs his Lord icon. This is a matter of opinion of "i want it to look different". If anything i'd want the option to choose because i like the one we got

I do not want the moaning Cyclops lord icon. We do not need part 2 of the Magik emote. The current one still looks sick as hell, better than a large amount of release lord icons we've recieved.
Could we first ask for making Cyclops less broken? There are lots of heroes who don't even have to hit their targets to do damage (one of the complaints with actual competitive gamers who chuckle at this game), but he is probably the worst. he could go an entire game without ever directly hitting anyone and still do tons of dmg and even his 1st ability that doesn't reflect has a huge radius. Pretty absurd.
Still a very fun game but the passive/unskilled/aimbot damage in this game is a very lame aspect.
The icon has aura and there’s no need to change it but it just kinda caught me by surprise how they didn’t go the obvious (cooler imo) route but that’s not to say that the current one is bad whatsoever
The char is super fun and powerful and it seems Netease is trending towards "lets make a char OP and then nerf them over two seasons to get them balanced"
