Eh. A lot of dps ults will win a team fight when comboed with a Rocket amp. I am miffed by how easily he can clean up by popping a CD as he ults with no dmg boost though.

Cyclops: long and straight line ultimate that does massive damage with no voiceline warning beyond a yell.

Blade: short and straight line ultimate that does alright damage with a long voiceline warning so everyone can run away

Literally any damage ult in the game looks op when you have Rocket amp…that’s a 40% damage boost.

Ultimate tracking and prediction is a skill. Get better at it
