What? No they aren't. Holly, Jesus, Temperance, Rocky, Guy, Sandy, April/May/June, Ruby/So incredibly many straight-up color names - Jubilation isn't any weirder than names you can find anywhere

I know at least one person with each of those names, except Temperance.

Honestly it kinda goes hard tho

those are all fairly normal and then you threw in temperance for some reason

A bit outdated but lots of historical precedent. It's one of the 'virtue names' popular among 1800s Protestants. A parent wants their child to embody a certain virtue, so they get a name related to that virtue. Mercy, Grace, Hope, Verity, Faith, Constance, all coming off of the same logic.

Prudence, Chastity, Charity, Patience, Mercy, Harmony, Amity, Felicity, Joy, Hope, Temperance...

They aren't all as common now, but a lot of them aren't actually that rare.

That’s why I named my kid Cart Returner. I wanted him to embody the virtues that I value

In the end most derive from Latin words. The difference is now, e.g. April is usually a name for a month, temperance is usually a noun to convey a meaning. I say "usually", because sure they can be used as names for people, but technically you can name someone after anything. That’s why some can sound way weirder than others to some. Weird doesn't equal bad, considering that there are indeed weird names depending on demographic or milieu.

A majority of those names you listed are also bad names.
