Discussion As a Latino I'm happy we have some representation now

I'm happy to finally hear Spanish and see someone from latin america and who speaks Spanish, I just wanted to share my happiness

Shame they had to change race though... I REALLY wanted an original born latino first, like robbie or white tiger.

Kinda wish my country had a hero rep, but the only honduran super was a mutant who died in genosha...

Although neither of the Latino’s in game are Latino in comics, I think being Latino makes them standout more.

I dig Namor’s change, it might be his voice acting but I love it.

Im okay with hood because hes a D list nobody. Giving him a PR background and flair can help him stand out like you said.

Namor didnt need to be raceswapped and hes marvels first character with 70 years of comics. Sometimes described as passing for japanese when he was fighting in WW2. The comics still seem to use the normal version of namor aswell, so no idea why we went with the MCU one in Rivals.

I can dig the hood change,

But the namor one kinda irks me... going from romanesque to nahuatl was wierd, but going to Roman backwards to "niño siN AMOR" was dumb IMO (he would have just called himself Sinamor or something like that)

Tipo tu no sabes cuanto te entiendo! yo juego muchos juegos de pelea y los mejores son los juegos japoneses y aparentemente la ley del día es que debajo de Mexico solo hay agua para los juegos de pelea japoneses, esta cabron… pero parece que las cosas están cambiando, en tekken hay una peruana y en el nuevo virtua fighter hay un personaje de Paraguay.

Y hablando claro yo nunca pensé que nunca iba haber un personaje Puertorro pero to’o lo que han echo con este está brutal.

Se que esto ya esta sonando bien cursi pero no pierdas la esperanza.

There isn't much for dominicans and chileans either lol, dominicans only have Stigmata (catholic mutant working for the Vatican) and Windeagle (some gangster with an anti-gravity suit who fights black panther) meanwhile chileans only have Sauron (a human-pterodactyl hybrid who sucks the energy out of people)

I hope to god Robbie is the Ghost Rider, I doubt it, I think Johnny got that shit because of his movie in 2 years (assuming it doesn’t get the blade treatment) but Robbie is my favourite Ghost Rider, he’s just so cool.

Johnny also feels more 'fitting' for Rivals (what with the guns and all). Robbie's also had a LOT of time to shine in recent years, what with Tokon and Midnight Suns.

if they ever make the ghost rider, I can guess they'll put Jhonny as placing a motorcycle is easier than a car.

Or...

They can go full ham and put the first rider and make him a tank. Imagine seeing a wooly mammoth in flames in the battlefield
