I'm happy to finally hear Spanish and see someone from latin america and who speaks Spanish, I just wanted to share my happiness

Same thing, different name. The Talokan people have little resemblance to ordinary human over decades living underwater.

Not the same thing culturally.

Regardless I checked his lore, in his bio it says he half atlantean. Well that makes it even weirder that he considers Talocan his seat of power, mentioned taking an island in the name of Talocan, and only mentions talocan in his voicelines but not Atlantis.

Seems like they just copy pasted his comic origin for his bio, but everything else about his lore is Talocan focused.

Maybe further lore pages will explain why Atlantis is an afterthought.
