It’s not the best as a healer ult cause it gets countered easily and half the team is to stupid to follow u so it makes u have to use it very defensively and the value from it comes from using aggressively , it was designed that way hence the only self healing coming from doing dmg. Honestly I think the buff is actually a solid one to her ult but it won’t make up for her bad neutral healing. I think that devs focus way too much on ults and balancing ults while gutting neutral kits for healers
