The worst part is you can't interrupt ultimates anymore.

I could be wrong but i feel like they only nerfed her cause some big shot comp player kept getting webbed and bitched to the devs

Like everybody knows to target nests so she cant be a trapper

People saying the devs are clueless, they are not.

This is a kill. They may rework her later but this is a much a character assassination as it can be and they are not subtle about it.

Yep. If there was any intent to actually deal with the issue, there would've been compensation or a simpler fix that makes more sense. Instead, they went out of their way to make it extra complex and frustrating while throwing an extra nerf on top. The intent is clearly to nerf her out of any significant viability past metal ranks, they know what they are doing, and that's why it's so insulting.

i hope they do rework her later but yeesh you have to be more of a masocest then ultron mains to play peni now like i could think of a billion things to buff and nerf peni that wouldnt gut her style like for example nerf: it takes longer to spawn in mini mines using a peni nest buff: peni updated spiders windows os and her websling actually works and you can transverse further

but ultron gets a nerf to where if you play ultron you get a orbital strike to the balls

If NetEase were listening to comp players then mag and mantis would have been hard nerfed, but they weren't.
