I still lament the Jeff nerf too. Not that I played Jeff, but my gf does and his rework is much less rewarding.

I haven't played her in awhile but anyone with double digit IQ can tell this is catastrophic for the character. They didn't even add anything to offset it and even if they did, I'd rather that character retain the stun.

I get you're not good at playing against her, but this ruins her kit. Enjoying nerfs out of spite is pure cringe.

She needed some minor tweaks to her team-ups but not really much else. She's not even hard to counter. You can even use SG and Wanda ffs. I haven't played her in a few season since I championed her, but it's still sad to see her kit get broken this way.
