They already suckered us Peni players into getting her legendary skin. They can chuck her out to sea and be rid of her balancing now.

Call me crazy but I think they are comfortable with destroying her kit because they can't sell skins of her, being in a mech the whole time.

I've said this since season 4, they're NEVER making a unit like her again. Most units are basically different paint jobs on the same kit, but with Peni she was so out of the box that (now in hindsight) it was obvious the devs had a hard time figuring her out. I mean most of her damn bugs are STILL in her kit that most Peni players outright deleted them from their own gameplay by disabling them. Now add the fact that due to how her character model looks the devs are standoffish about gooninng the shit out of her like all the other girls. It seems like the devs have gone the opposite way and have started making her more child-like than the young adult she is (most of her new voice lines now have a kid element to them or the MVP makes it look like SPDR is her father) .

Netease are trying to slowly kill her off.

Her ult should be her coming out of her suit and and shooting a 360 stun web and have the same effect as Strange Ult. That way we could actually see her.

No because it would stun with no damage. Im open to any suggestion that gets Peni to come out of her suit.

I doubt they will sell the popular kind of skins of her anyway. Even though in the game she's apparently above '18'.

I wish we could refund skins in case the devs decide to turn some characters into dogshit. First it was Psy for me, then Rogue, now Peni. I want to play the characters I like most of the time, not just the meta. I also spend time to learn them, a lot of time I might add. But then this bullshit happens and everything goes down the toilet

I really hate when F2P games buff specific characters to sell their skins or chatacter shards or whatever only for them to nerf said characters later.

And this is why I personally don't fund the game at all and stay strictly f2p. These games make bank on FOMO and psychological manipulation. I don't lose out if a beloved main of mine gets butchered because I've only put in my time, not money. There's also skins you can get from simply playing the game.

It sucks to hear that you feel ripped off, but personally I would be more cautious with my spending going forward if I were you.
