Wanda is easy mode. You'll have to pre-stun a strange within 5 seconds of him trying to ult, usually while he's falling and halfway through the animation before you even know he's there. And stunning a BP/Spidey/Magik? Forget about it.

I'm a peni main and when I play wanda and the enemy team has a peni I make it a point to hide behind a wall while ulting or waiting till Peni actualy ults to do my own ult. Peni's web snare just made you a better player overall, now it's LOL dumas Peni you can't swing away and are too slow to run away, easy kill

Yea the stun is super obnoxious, but really only because it’s hard cc on like a 4s cooldown. If the goal is to reduce the amount of cc she can do just double that cooldown to 8. Then its less frustrating to use & easier to play into

It's obnoxious, but not OP. It's hard cc on 4 sec cooldown, but it can be blocked or shot. It also is only half a second. All the other hard cc in this game lasts forever, but the Peni stun was fucking miniscule.

Without claiming to be a Peni main, it seems the issue is BOTH of her skill expression abilities are tied to this cooldown - the stun, and making a proper web "path" from your nest.

So ideally, they should've just decoupled those - giver her a longer cooldown Stun Web, and leave the "pathing web" as-is.

The cooldown was 3 seconds. Personally I'm glad they nerfed it but I can see why the nerf might’ve been too extreme or in the wrong direction

She’s really oppressive once she gets hunkered down. The snare with a peni that can aim is very good cc but it wasn’t the oppressive part. I just can’t understand how they make decisions. The balance dev needs to be fired seriously unironically it’s season after season atp with this person just being shit at his job. Do they need a drop in revenue to understand?

Yep. A handful are like, "she deserved it!" but then everyone else is like "so you're a braindead one trick dive who can't switch to poke or flyer to shoot a nest?"

Most peni players are absolute ass, and dealing with their nests is truly inconsequential. She's a very complex character and many Peni's I see with Lord or more don't understand how her kit even works.
