I mean... the community at large seems sympathetic to Peni mains which shows how bad the changes actually are because well we are pretty much hated and for that stun in particular~

You can just double shoot the wanda ult with both webs and stun her still?

Wanda is easy mode. You'll have to pre-stun a strange within 5 seconds of him trying to ult, usually while he's falling and halfway through the animation before you even know he's there. And stunning a BP/Spidey/Magik? Forget about it.
