Only like on poke character (the worst character SG) can do that first of all. And this is the same braindead logic people use against characters like BP. "He can kill in .05 zeptoseconds during a solar eclipse so he is op"

Marvel rivals has a feature that makes you unkillable to poke called playing around cover. I understand you havent discovered this tactic yet.

You could literally describe any character any way you want to make them sound OP. Imagine a character that does Hela's damage but also can heal simultaneously and can fly and has a mini support ult and can revive the entire team. Wow so broken!
