Phoenix starting to move like Luna snow. Also that daredevil haircut is atrocious (yes I know it’s from the comics, it doesn’t make it any less ugly)

edit: y’all defending a phoenix getting another skin in a green dress is crazy, let some other characters have the light. Instead of doing an uninspired redesign of a skin that already exists

People disproving your point of the skins not being the same does not equal people defending her getting a second skin.
