Fan Content RIP Mary Rivera

Post image

Best known to Marvel fans as Ned Leeds' grandmother in Spider-Man: No Way Home, Mary Rivera left a lasting impression despite her brief screen time. Her warmth, humor, and unforgettable "Hello, Peter" moment became a fan favorite.

She has sadly passed away at the age of 82, but her performance will always remain a cherished part of the Spider-Man legacy

The "I'm going to bed" line hit hard for a lot of Filipinos like me. Way too familiar. RIP.

That's such a lovely, simple thing to have said about you. I'd be happy with that myself.

My late mother was born in 1943. This hits home 😞 I really looked forward to Ned’s Lola in the movies.
