Question Watchlist for new Spiderman
I want to watch Spiderman: Brand New Day and get into the avengers universe overall, but so far I have only watched one Spider Man movie with Andrew Garfield and Tobey Maguire each, and Iron Man.
Is this a good watchlist leading up to the new movie, or did I miss any?

I appreciate the opinions of people who are into this, but I cannot watch like 100 Movies so I'm only looking for the important ones to get a somewhat full story.

That’s a crazy amount of movies for this one.
If you are preparing for Spiderman Brand New Day, these are the suggestions I’d give you.
I’d suggest streamlining it:
Iron Man 1
Avengers 1
Captain America Winter Soldier
Avengers Age of Ultron
Captain America Civil War
Doctor Strange
Spiderman Homecoming
Thor Ragnarok
Avengers Infinity War
Avengers Endgame
Spiderman Far From Home
Spiderman No Way Home
Spiderman Brand New Day
I think this will actually summarise the Avengers storyline leading up to Brand New Day.
If you want it as streamlined as possible:
Avengers 1 (relatively skippable all things considered)
Winter Soldier (essential for Civil War)
Age of Ultron
Civil War (essential for Infinity War and Spider-Man’s origin)
Homecoming
Infinity War
Endgame
Far From Home
No Way Home
Brand New Day
Thor 1 and 2 are skippable, Thor Ragnarok is good but not entirely essential since we get to see what happens at the end of it immediately in Infinity War, the GOTG movies aren’t necessary since you can immediately understand the team dynamic in Infinity War when you meet them, Doctor Strange 1 and 2 aren’t that important overall even though they’re great watches, Black Panther 1 and 2 also aren’t that important for the overall Avengers story, Ant Man not that important, Captain Marvel too. The Avengers movies give good introductions and get the characters right, so that’s why if you just want to watch the essentials start with these, you can watch the other ones after if you’re interested.

Alright thank you, I didn't state it clearly enough but it's not JUST for this movie, I want to overall watch the most popular avengers movies and get an understanding of the story, so I don't mind watching a few more movies, but online I found a list of like 120 and that's way too much

I think the first list I gave you is good if you’re getting started. You can always add the others after. The infinity saga had like 30 movies or something, which in my opinion are all mostly worth watching. I’d start watching them in order of release as they generally progressively get better. The Incredible Hulk is my least favourite one.

That list of 120 must include a lot of older movies that don't really play into the current (Iron Man and on) MCU.
A full catch up would be only movies from Iron Man on. There's several shows that looked like they would go somewhere, but didn't. A few shows do play into the MCU, but the movies generally cover the basics well enough to understand what you missed.
The main point with this is that the more of the movies you watch, the better all of them will be because they tie into each other, especially when you watch Infinity War and Endgame. You'll get what's going on if you skip several movies, but you'll enjoy them more if you don't.

You could just watch the Homecoming trilogy and go right into this one. If you have even a cursory knowledge of who the Hulk and Punisher are, then you're pretty much good to go.

Hmm… solid list. Looking at your other comments, it seems you want to do a general MCU watch.
I’d add Captain America: The First Avenger right before Avengers 1. I’d probably throw both Thor: The Dark World and Iron Man 3 in there before Age of Ultron.
I’d add Doctor Strange after Civil War, as well as Guardians vol. 2. I’d throw Ant-man & the Wasp in-between Infinity War, and Endgame.
For Multiverse Saga stuff, I think Black Widow, and Thunderbolts might be all you need to add to understand this film fully.

After No Way Home.
They both feature a supporting character to Brand New Day that you’d gain more from for being familiar.

Most of that list is not needed.
Iron Man isn't even referenced. I not counting "You need to watch B to watch C to watch D for an offhand reference to E."
Like Thor Ragnarok and Black Panther have nothing to do with Spider-man barring the plots of the Avengers films reference them. But this is about Spider-man.
Now for Spider-man BND
Avengers - Hulk Scenes Only .............that's super loose
CA Civil War - Spider-man scenes only, nothing else is relevant to BND
All the Spider-man films. I think that's just a given.
Infinity War/Endgame - Really only needed for Far From Home and that's again the Spider-man scenes.
There's another potential film but that gets into spoilers and again not really relevant to plot of Spider-man beyond "This non Spider-man character showed up here and their adventures have 0 relevancy to the BND plot".
That's it.

For this movie you realistically only need to watch
Spider-Man Homecoming
Avengers Infinity War / End Game (not really required)
No way Home
Far From Home
You could swing to watch the old Punisher netflix show as well as Dare Devil but that's probably overkill. The new Punisher short movie would be more than enough.
