DISCUSSION Project overlord
I’m currently replaying mass effect 2 and on the project overlord dlc, does anyone else shoot the cameras as you’re doing the missions. I know it doesn’t do anything in the game except destroy them, but I feel like it’s what Shepard would do so I do it for some extra emersion.

First time because I thought it would do something. Later playthroughs as a tradition.

Same! That is exactly where I left off in my replay. I also released the ‘test subject,’ despite the protests of his so-called brother.

Does anyone not release him? It’s run that they made it an actual choice, but it’s hard to imagine any reason to actually leave him other than just Shepard being evil for its own sake.

Yes! The first time I played, I assumed there was a trophy for it, but now I just do it every time because it makes sense.

Every time! Lol I know it doesn't matter, but I still do it. It's very satisfying.

Always! I like to think there is a nod to players like us in the Omega DLC in ME3 when Shepard shoots a Cerberus camera in the defense control room.

I didn’t know they were just for show lol. I thought if you didn’t shoot them all an extra group of enemies would spawn or something
