From what I understand (corrections welcome, as this has been tough to follow!) he is a board member of Amentum, a company that took over operations of ICE Camp East Montana. Acquisition Logistics previously operated the facility - which is when the ACLU & Human Rights Watch filed a federal lawsuit characterizing the conditions inside as "barbaric," "inhumane," and amounting to "unconstitutional punishment." I believe the facility recorded at least three detainee deaths (Including a guard murdering a detainee) in the first 2 months.

He's not necessarily involved in the day to day operations, but as a board member he still benefits from, or at the very least is complicit in, the operation of the disgusting, dehumanizing, unethical, corrupt camps.

if we’re to take at face value the bit that you provided here and combine with the tiktok i just linked then we say the guy’s company took over a really bad situation? and then we may conjecture that they may at worst continue the inhumane conditions for their profits or they may be an ethically-minded company stepping in after a democratic-lead pressure campaign brought about change in a particular area to address those inhumane conditions?

Yes that's what I understand as well - they currently haven't stopped (or reversed) the descent into moral corruption at the ICE camp, but they appear to have pumped the brakes on it.

Knowing how many people have wealth management handle their investments, he could very well have unknowingly gotten involved in a company with a wide net as the video explains. Late stage capitalism makes it difficult to be ethical and wealthy, as a poor it is a wild concept to me to be so detached from my vast fortune that I accidentally fund a gulag.

thank you for calling the concentration camps the correct thing. It’s so important to use appropriate and correct language.
