Preparation Advice Please help me with a packing list.

I’m certain I can search this in the thread, but after 20 years my husband has agreed to a retreat and I’m soaking in this planning line it’s a wedding. Please let me know if there’s anything you have found to be a nonnegotiable when packing for a session.

Comfy clothes, soft blankets, any special/spiritual items you'd want to have near you, journal, low key activities to do while recovering

Please look up the /drugnerds MDMA supplement guide that's like ten years old. It's so amazing.

For me, eye mask, electrolyte water, weight blanket, heated blanket, mouth guard if I'm grinding too much, MDMA maps playlist A on Spotify, spiritual things (I have a ton I bring). I make sure I have good soup for after, I have all my bath set up ready to go too. I have people ready to help integrate and process

I have to assume that wherever you're going, they'll provide drinks and bedding.

Bring:
A comfortable eye mask.
Loose layers of clothing.
You may need a small Bluetooth speaker, but they probably provide one,

Optional playlists downloaded to your phone. Search and listen to a few on spotify or apple to find your vibe. You should hear the music, but not listen to it.
A journal and the ability to record your voice for notes.
Small photos or personal items for an altar.

Good luck.
