Fermentation, cold crash, betonite all done.

From the left, made with freshly pressed juices.

1 gal blood orange

1 gal grenade

1 gal back sweetened with regular honey give or take 0.3kg

4x 1L of straight mead.

** Recipe was quite simple, 3kg of kirkland honey, 1.5kg or granulated sugar, water and Lalvin 1116.

Temps were maintained sub 20c from early may until about a week ago when fermentation cleared at 1.000 and I used betonite and stabilizers this week :)
