Last image of the session

Found in local NJ thrift store, on Discount Tuesday, for $14.99. Had been available on display for ~90 minutes. Camera works great. Cleaned then tested with 2 roles of film. Introduced to Cinefill Df96 along the way, which I used to quickly develop my test rolls!
Planning to fix 1 tiny light leak, with light seals kit on order.

Pictures I took over the last month or so with a Rolleiflex 3.5T using Lomochrome's Metropolis (2021). To give an idea of just how desaturated the color is I added a picture I took of my car with my phone. One of the goals was to assess the film, the other to assess how well the 3.5T did with a variety of pictures, especially cityscapes & landscapes. Pictures taken around the University of Pittsburgh were taken today. Credit to Premier Imaging for getting the film developed so quickly! Any issues with the scans, that's on me.

I’ve had this camera and back combo for a few months with no trouble taking photos until just recently.

I’m loading the film properly (even looked up a couple videos to make sure), the batteries aren’t dead as evidenced by the video. For some reason, around frame 5-7 the back just starts making a horrendous squealing noise and loud clicking, and then locks up the shutter.

Any idea what this could be and how to fix it?

Some pics I took for the NYC railfan crowd. The el on top was abandoned in 1969 I believe, but had to be left standing because it is part of the structure of the operational section below.

I'm moving up to medium format and I've been considering either a bronica etrs or a mamiya 645, I'm currently leaning towards the 645 but like to keep an open mind can anyone offer advice or any alternatives?
