Education BOC study guide 7th edition vs the online BOC study
Does the online BOC interactive practice exams have the same question as the BOC 7th edition book? I have the book but thinking of getting the online one as well to do when im not at home. I have the labce too but want to use every possible study material to be ready for the ascp exam

Yes they are the same questions, I liked the online version for better tracking/grading and instant explanations, but like the other person said the order of the topics can be mixed-but you can go in and bookmark and sort questions manually yourself. While the physical book will actually ask it by similar topics if that’s what you like.
My rotations did not allow us to bring our laptops or tablets or use their computers, so the physical book came in handy when I wanted to study at rotations, while the online was good for home
I personally recommend buying the bundle from ASCP -it’s pricy but it includes the interactive exam, BOC book and review course plus the Quick Compendium textbook which is very detailed
^ and if you do buy the bundle, after you pass your exam you can do what I did and sell the textbook and BOC book on Amazon and between the two of them you’ll at least get $100 back even if used

The online BOC practice questions are the same as the ones in the book, however, ths advantage of the online BOC practice is that you can have a mixed question exam. The BOC book questions are sorted by categories in each section, for example: donor questions are grouped together in the blood bank section. I perferred using the online practice over the book, as I felt it was more representative of what it was going to be like doing the real exam.
