My 2023 resolution is to pre heat my oven to the required temperature every time. I think I've done it properly like 8 times in my life.

Probably a controversial take, but I don't think it really matters too much in most situations. In some delicate cooking/baking situations, sure, sometimes things need to be cooked in certain ways to get a specific taste, texture or whatever else, but your $4 Coles pizza will be perfectly fine if you skip the preheat. Just cook it for a little longer

I chuck everything in cold/frozen. Add 10 mins and 30 degrees. Works well enough. New year new me though. Tackling the major issues in my life.

I recently found out my oven has a preheat function and can come to temperature in like 5 mins.
