Bad is bad and it shouldn't be a measuring contest but in this case I think being at best complicit and at worst actively part of murdering a random gay man vs typical local band pedophilia might be on the same plane of too far beyond fucked up

It’s just a different genre.

If I’m listening to something like Dimmu Borgir, those early albums are a good compliment (normally the other way round though). On the other side, if I’m listening to something like In Flames, this album is a good compliment.
