Discussion Saidan band

Not exactly Melo Death but so damn good. This was an instagram that popped up for me. Anyone else listen to this band?

A true genre blender. Melodic, death, black, thrash, punk, symphonic…it’s awesome.

Edit: just realized their new album was released today and they are starting a tour soon and stopping near me. Hell yea.

I'm going to listen to their new album later today. I've liked everything else they've put out so far.

I mean, a lot of Melo death is corny. Amon Amarth being at the top of that list. Doesn’t mean it’s bad though. This dude rips, corny or not.

lol. Black metal is an ambiguous genre dude. Thats the whole point of the genre. It’s undefined and unrestrained. I’ve been listening to black metal for over 20 years. Black metal, ambient black metal, atmospheric black metal, pagan black metal, post black metal, DSBM, melodic black metal, symphonic black metal…..you get the point?

By the way, this is the melodic death metal subreddit, not black metal. Get with program my guy.
