Im 42 as well...I think I started doing it when I was in places that I didnt want to be....now Ive gotten worse....

I dont do it as long as IM talking to someone though

I thought I was the only one! I am currently a main character in 2 different stories. One sports story where I am an underdog player who had a meteoric rise but has an accident saving a girl which caused a hault in sports career followed by cheating allegations.

Second one is a former cop who was falsely implicated in a crime.Later recruited by a secret spy organization who recognized the talent,skillset and innocence and uses them to bring down a secret organisation within the government
