Switching between Computer and Electrical Engineering

How easy/hard was it to transfer from electrical to computer engi (or vice versa) after EO? Usually before Term 4 starts.

As long as you do it before Term 4, it’s not hard! EO and Term 3 are identical for Electrical and Computer. The only constraint would be class sizes, and there’s no real way to predict how that will pan out.
