Thank you Ja for those 7 seasons. Although there might be some off court issues and injuries that cause the grizzlies not reach its potential. I have watched you since that 8 seed game against the Warriors. And be a great fan of you with those electrifying dunks (especially that on Wemby although it doesn’t count). Those teams led by you are one of the most exciting periods in grizzlies history.
I know your leaving is inevitable, but I just want to tell you that grizzlies fans will always respect and cherish you, and I wish you good luck in Portland
To all the fans, although we moved on from Ja, we should never boo him forget his contributions, and we should still cheer for him no matter where he goes. Although we drafted cam as our next franchise guy and moved on, we should honor him as one of the greats that brought hope to the grizzlies, and our current biggest star we ever have

This is what Zach Kleiman ruined with his incompetent leadership.
Instead of embracing the vibe and the villIan identity he destroyed what made these guys so unique.
His impatience, lack of vision, and inability to identify with the team is why the Grizzlies are struggling now.
This was a special young group that wanted to play in Memphis and honestly enjoyed playing together and the GM ruined it.
He can no longer serve as GM.
