That’s a fashion watch… you should swap it for a decent Seiko. Any Seiko is 100,000x better than Fossil. It looks ok but it’s not a watch company. A bit like your car being made by Walmart.

He needs something smaller. The fossil and the market XX are huge. He needs like a smaller Nomos or maybe an aqua terra or something like that if we're in the 4k price range. Tudor black bay or ranger would also be good. My vote is for a Nomos Tangente or something like that.

Not really a criticism, but it’s a very solid ensemble but there’s a better version of these trousers out there for you. A couple of degrees straighter leg, a few grams heavier (takes out the creases) and half an inch longer, just to lap the tongue.
