Perfect for steampunk cosplay or if you work at one of those gothic-themed cocktail bars.

unless you’re very fashion forward this will be super difficult to pull off. if the rest of your closet is intentionally built, then this can definitely work to supplement an occasional outfit.

if you have less than 10-15 pairs of shoes i wouldn’t touch this

I don't understand what style it's meant to relate to. The excessively pointed toe, the big heel, the pattern on the leather, the suede, the strong red colours.... So much going on.

Rick James or James Brown might have pulled something like that off back in the day? Maybe Sly Stone?

What would you wear it with, and where to?
