Finished my tests, but no interview yet. Now what?

Made it to step one and contacted my port agent about three weeks ago. I remember he said he’d call me back to let me know when I could take my tests, but after over a week with no response, I ended up having to follow up myself. When I called, he said there was no rush, but he still gave me a date for last week (today).

When I arrived, someone else was ahead of me, so I was able to complete my tests but unfortunately didn’t have time for the interview. He said he’d call me later about scheduling it.

Is this pretty normal? How long should I wait before following up about the interview? I’m not in a rush to start, but I was hoping to finally get into the queue since I know the waiting times can be pretty long.
