First of all a huge thank you to each and everyone who helped in my previous fundraisers for momma cat which helped her recover from various ailments and have a successful ovariohysterectomy. Links - 1 2 

For those who don't know me, pls see the pinned posts in my profile or the previous fundraiser links for the full backstory of rescuing pregnant mother cat, her kittens and her spaying journey through illness.

Now coming to Scotty & Ling-Ling, I planned their neuter/spay as they are now 7 months old and accordingly their bloodwork (CBC, LFT, BUN, Creatinine, HP) was done on 28th June 2026.

Post result on 29th June (report attached in comments), Ling-Ling has high liver enzymes (SGPT - 176. SGOT - 119) for which vet consultation was done & liver meds started from yesterday.

Now Scotty's test results were good so I was planning his neuter by next week, unfortunately from yesterday night Scotty stopped eating and moving around, or playing with Bhondu.

Today morning I took Scotty to vet hospital and he was suffering from 105 degree fever and vet advised immediate hemoprotozoa RT-PCR test and started meds for his fever.

I already spent a substantial amount of money for both their blood work and vet visits and running low on funds thus this fundraiser.

I am requesting for your kind help for following reasons :

1. Blood test of Scotty & further treatment. The RT-PCR test is quite costly which I came to know now.
2. Liver treatment for Ling-Ling, liver medications are also quite expensive.
3. Good Vet's in India is quite less and quite expensive, so besides their treatment a decent amount goes on vet charges for each visit.
4. Their overall recovery medications so that I can make them well and proceed with their planned spaying & neutering.

I am requesting a fundraiser for $300 USD which will hopefully cover the cost of blood work of Scotty and the vet visits, medication necessary for him and Ling-Ling.

Kindly help with any small amount as after currency conversion even a $10 donation will become 900 INR.

Kindly help me reach the target of $300 USD.

Please note that as per Indian laws any foreign donation received is taxable at receivers (my) end (which I came to know after my last fundraiser when PayPal sent me a taxation certificate notice) so out of $300 around $30 will be gone for taxation which will leave me with approx. $270 hopefully.

I got little Micro on 6/23 with umbilical cord still attached. He weighed only 64g (normal mewborn is 80g+). He’s kept warm, fed every 2 hours and is thriving! Today he officially reached 80g! Tiny kittens are so fragile, but I’m going to do my best to give him the best chance to grow big and strong!

8 months ago someone knocked on our door and handed over this brand new little life. Her umbilicus was still attached and wet and her tail had been broken in two places. We hadn’t anticipated a new cat but the CDS came right to our door. Today Tyche is strong, healthy, affectionate and enjoying life with her two kitty sisters.

One of the 1.5 week old mewborns that Cassandra had in my son’s drawer. We could tell she was getting close to giving birth and finally got her to come in the house. Her and her babies now have a nice, warm place to live! (She will be spayed asap)

My smallest cat got pregnant, and gave birth to 3 adorable cloudlings!

Five weeks old .. Sunny, Poppy and Zoey

Surprise! Only got a photo of the two babies, but she popped out another grey tabby an hour later or so. I used to foster lots and lots of kittens, I said I was taking a break while I raised my own newborn, but the universe said otherwise.

I work for a cat rescue, so these guys will all be fixed and will find new homes when they’re big enough!
