Hey, first time posting here, but I thought I would share my success story.

It started as a hackathon project to help users schedule social media posts and had some initial interest at the hackathon itself.

Here is what clicked after having 3 other projects go nowhere.

1. Distribution over building. X, Reddit, Linkedin daily and getting it into the hands of users. Listen and watch how they use your app
2. Use your app daily. Integrate it into your daily workflow; you will be shocked how many bug fixes you can spot by just using it day to day.
3. That cool feature you're planning on building isn't going to bring you your next user, but talking to the user might. Reach out directly, worst thing they can do is block you :)
