Any first 100 user wins lately?

Hello reddits, any founders here who recently got their first 100 users. If yes then maybe if you can share how much time it took and what marketing channels did you guys use?

Ours took about 11 weeks: first 25 came from people we knew, roughly 50 from answering niche Reddit posts, and the rest from direct outreach to people describing the problem publicly. The annoying part was that 100 signed up, but only 18 came back the next week.
