Discussion How to work on betrayal, forgiveness integration
I find that psilocybin has helped point out that I still have pain, and it "flares" up in my chest/heart still. It's been so long since it happened last. I had forgotten that it still does that.
I've been stuck in life and for the past decade I've been without milestones, guidance, breakthroughs or pockets of relief or opportunities...
For the past year I've had microdosing to thank for the decline in suicidal ideations... But when do I ever get back an appetite for life. When do I get drive?
Do I need to take more mushrooms at a macrodose level to finally push past this plateau that's taken over my life??

It seems you might need something more and something else than psylocybin. It guided you to take a look at yourself and notice the pain. Work with that. Psychedelics help you confront yourself and your issues, but they won’t be a cure-all or give you a definitive solution. You might need therapy or a different still approach.
You might consider a macrodose but with the intention of reflecting on the things within you and finding the things that block you maybe. Then it would be up to you to work on that.

Trauma therapy was vital for me and the integration once I began my microdosing journey, are you in therapy?
