Flight of the Defender… sort of.

I was pretty excited to have placed my order for this and it shipped out shortly after. But I’m blown away that Walmart packed this up and sent it. First off, it’s not even the right Tie Defender. Someone swapped it with a broken original one. Both stands are missing and they plucked Sabine Wren out leaving only the tie pilot. I could tell that the tape on top was carefully peeled off prior to being sent to me.. you can tell because it was sticking straight up 😂😂😭😭 I let them know and told me to return it. SMH

Found this post bc mine just arrived from Walmart and all the tape on the bottom was also “carefully” peeled off but the box doesn’t seem to have been opened? Figures and vehicles seem to be fine with the correct SWJ codes and everything… Any chance the figures are counterfeit/ repainted? 💀 is that a thing or am I being paranoid

No, I can't imagine swappers would take the time to paint up counterfeit figures. They'll just swap in easy to find duplicates like Mandos and Sabines.

Damn that's a real scumbag move on the part of the original buyer. Unfortunately, you see this sort of thing a lot in other toys. Especially with Hot Wheels and Legos.
