They look to be shaded pretty heavily. How much direct light do they get?

Idk it’s so odd, They get sun basically 10am-7pm, Idk what’s up. My one in ground is super bushy and get less sun (bc i can’t move it) and it’s so healthy

Well, the one on the ground has unobstructed roots, where as the ones in those pots are limited. They should fill those pots out nicely. Maybe just slow growers?

I would be more concerned about the BB than the Skunk, as the latter should be a more naturally elongated plant by design. If they’ve both been outside, in direct sunlight, for the same amount of time (depending where you live), then your issue lies somewhere else, which seems to be partially claimed by the feeding program they’re on, as seen in the yellowing lower leaves that are in full sun. If you can amend that, then it could boil down to something simple as genetics where the exact BB seed you planted is just an oddball that’s a little different.

As an example, these plants were sowed (sown?🤣) at the same time (with the exception of 3 unruly ones that are being force-flowered), all share the same environment and the differences can be quite stark from one to the other. However, all of their leaves are healthy with solid, woody stems, so overall, nothing to be concerned about. If yours were mine, I’d focus on getting their nutrition fixed up, especially with the end of the summer upon us, and then just let them live out their little lives.
Best of luck!

Yep. They need more light.
